About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and proactive individual to join our team as EVAWG Project Officer, a role at the heart of our mission to eliminate violence against women and girls.

This is a unique opportunity to lead and deliver training programmes, raise awareness through powerful campaigns, and mobilise the women’s sector to advocate for equality and safety. You will engage closely with community groups, stakeholders, and policymakers to create lasting change and build a safer future for women and girls in our region.

Key Responsibilites

Training

Design, deliver, and evaluate training programmes tailored to community needs.

Policy

Contribute to the development and implementation of government strategies.

Campaigns

Develop and support impactful public awareness campaigns.

Stakeholder Management

Coordinate with key stakeholders including PSNI, local councils, and women’s organisations.

Funding

Help identify and support funding opportunities to sustain EVAWG initiatives.

Project Management

Regularly report on the impact from training and campaign initatives.

Who We’re Looking For

You’re someone with experience in the women’s sector, strong facilitation skills, and a deep understanding of gender-based violence. You’re confident engaging with diverse communities, building partnerships, and delivering meaningful programmes that empower and inspire. You’re organised, motivated, and committed to social change.
