Feel Good Fridays (Group 2)

The perfect chance to relax, reset, and take care of yourself!

We had so much great feedback from our Wellness Wednesday Reset that we wanted to host it again!

This time, you have the opportunity to attend the programme for two weeks at a time.

🙋 Enjoy some gentle chair pilates with Brenda from Perfect Pilates to get your body moving. 

🧘 Relieve tension and boost your mood as Holly takes you through a guided Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) tapping meditation. 

☕ Enjoy some light refreshments and conversations afterwards.

You don’t need to bring anything with you - just make sure you’re wearing something that is comfortable to move around in and a bottle of water to keep yourself hydrated.

You only need to sign up for one group.

Each group meets for two sessions:

Group 1: 10th & 17th Oct, 1:00PM - 2:30PM

Group 2: 24th Oct & 7th Nov, 1:00PM - 2:30PM

Group 3: 14th & 21st Nov, 1:00PM - 2:30PM
