A Women’s Confidence & Self-Protection Programme
This is more than a self-defence class.
Over four weeks, you’ll build practical self-protection skills alongside powerful mindset tools designed to strengthen your confidence, deepen your self-trust, and help you stand firm in your boundaries.
This 4-week programme is for women who want to:
• Feel more confident saying no
• Communicate clearly and assertively
• Manage fear and anxiety using grounding techniques
• Trust their instincts
• Learn realistic, practical self-defence skills
You do not have to accept disrespect, intimidation, or violence.
In a supportive, women-only space, we focus on the physical skills and mindset shifts that help you stand strong, even before situations escalate.
With tea & coffee afterwards because conversations and community matters.

There are a limited number of spaces so booking is essential.
This programme will be delivered by Peter Day from Lifestyle Combat, and Holly Reed, our EVAWG Project Officer.
Delivered as part of our Ending Violence Against Women and Girls (EVAWG) work, focusing on prevention, empowerment and strengthening women’s voice and autonomy.
