Therapeautic Tuesdays – Tai Chi 6-Week Programme

Join us for our new Therapeautic Tuesdays Tai Chi Programme. Take time out of your busy week to rest and relax and enjoy 6 weeks of restorative Tai Chi.

These sessions are generously funded by the Public Health Agency and spaces are limited so booking is essential.

📅 When: Every Tuesday, starting 3rd November, 1:00pm - 2:30pm

• Week One: 3rd November

• Week Two: 10th November

• Week Three: 17th November

• Week Four: 24th November

• Week Five: 1st December

• Week Six: 8th December

📍 Where: FWIN HQ, 12 - 14, The Diamond

💷 Cost:

Members: £2 per session

Non-members: £5 per session
