Membership Cards
Membership Cards are for named card holder(s) only. Membership cannot be transferred and members are not permitted to share usage of membership cards.
Members must be over the age of 18
Membership information will be available via a physical card sent by mail, and a virtual copy. If issues arise with receiving or accessing membership card contact communications@fwin.org.uk
Membership does not entitle members to access to all FWIN events
Payment
While membership is free some events involve non-refundable deposits or voluntary contributions to continue FWIN’s operations
Duration of membership
Membership will only end if…
Member unsubscribes
Email is bounced/inactive
FWIN has the right to terminate membership at any time for any reason
Data Protection
When you apply for membership FWIN will ask for personal information from you regarding age, address, religion, gender, accommodations required, and dietary restrictions. This information will be treated as personal and confidential along with the regulations of the DUAA
FWIN retains personal information until you request its deletion or email address becomes inactive
Prohibited Activities
You may not use FWIN events to promote racism, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm against any group or individual
Liability
FWIN bears no responsibility for the accuracy, legality or content of external links presented in the weekly bulletin
FWIN will not be held responsible for loss/damage of personal property at events
FWIN will not be held responsible for injuries resulting from member participation in activities where member was not following supervisor instructions or taking proper safety precautions
