We’re Hiring! Join Us as Our EVAWG Project Officer
We’re excited to announce that FWIN is hiring! We’re looking for a passionate, committed individual to join our team as a Project Officer for our Eliminating Violence Against Women and Girls (EVAWG) programme.
This is more than just a job—it’s an opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of women and girls across the North West. At FWIN, we work at the intersection of community empowerment, gender equality, and social change. The EVAWG Project Officer will play a key role in supporting the design and delivery of workshops, campaigns, and events aimed at raising awareness, shifting culture, and ensuring survivors feel seen, heard, and supported.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating and delivering EVAWG workshops across diverse community settings
Building strong relationships with partner organisations, schools, and women’s groups
Supporting research, evaluation, and reporting of the programme’s impact
Contributing to wider policy and advocacy work around gender-based violence in Northern Ireland
We’re looking for someone who brings empathy, initiative, and a collaborative spirit to the role. Whether you have frontline experience, community development expertise, or a background in gender justice, we’d love to hear from you.
If you're passionate about creating safer, more equal communities and want to be part of a small but mighty team making a difference—this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
